I am seeing tons of FPS games with \u201cRetro Pixel\u201d being pumped out. It\u2019s easy these days for people to make games. I’m tempted to try, even on the back burner doing Unity\/Python\/gamemaker tutorials myself. But way too many projects to try to work out a full project and Kickstarter\/etc. is full of the wreckage of amateurish hype.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, I dare post this blog to urge people to ask for Sex, Sexy imagery in new videogames – especially FPS and retro pixel stuff…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now the “Pixel” images I\u2019m using are MY images, along with a few ‘fair use’ images – I made the former with my computer – I don\u2019t want to directly seem to be insulting this or that project even if I think they are Coward Cucks – It\u2019s damn difficult to make a game and with a glutted market\u2026 So I wish these people well even when we get to my issue and their cowardice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a nutshell: We need more SEXUAL content!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ESPECIALLY with games that are H.R. GIGER inspired. Both high poly from people who made the legendary games and DIY\/INDIE\/Look Mommy I did my Unity tutorials stuff. Giger merged flesh and metal and sci-fi and horror and SEX. I won\u2019t post a bunch of his images – quick search away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s \u201cLudicrous\u201d to alliterate the term that we have countless FPS games screaming \u201cLudicrous Gibz! Only for MATURE players\u201d\u2026 But they are G-rated pew pew pew – ultraviolence but so over the top it\u2019s comical and ZERO sexual aspect. Yes, a few famous exceptions like that female sniper with a perfect name and sexy outfit\u2026 But most are \u201cAntisexleague\u201d approved. Even \u201cCyberpunk\u201d themed games are missing the Neon outlines of exotic dancers, the \u201cXXX\u201d sign in the background for the world\u2019s \u2018red light\u2019 district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the legacy of Anita Sarkesian, someone standing as now bankrupt and getting told \u201c—- and the rainbow unicorn you rode in on!\u201d when she tries to \u2026. \u201cAdvise\u201d companies to hire her\/her friends for \u2026not \u2018protection\u2019 but \u2018advising\u2019 so they not run afoul of screaming Social Justice Warriors who\u2019ll like \u2026. ?Post negative stuff about them on Twitter?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A few years ago, yes she had chilling power – probably why they rammed Barbara in Rayman Legends but didn\u2019t have the awesome Faries as much\u2026versus \u201cOrigins\u201d\u2026 but that was then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Look – it\u2019s a whole nother level of HELL and effort and frustration to make a video game – even with modern DIY kits making it so easy the old school guys would laugh – so make whatever games you want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BUT- if you want to make a FPS that you want to claim is \u201cCyberpunk\u201d or \u201cMature\u201d or \u201cedgy\u201d\u2026 Well the 10K th \u201cDoom Clone\u201d with \u201cLudicrous gibs\u201d is something I imagine a BABY playing once he gets enough motor skills. What was mmmaybe controversial in the 90s is now commonplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sex on the other hand has been largely absent from video games. Most makers of games until recently were huge companies that broadened the market as much as possible by making things bland and unoffensive – the origin of \u201cPolitical correctness\u201d thus \u201cAdult oriented\u201d items were rare and sidelined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now there is a glut of games, online purchases are the norm and it is much easier to make a video game. Thus there is room for adding sexuality and adult content. Furthermore any game that does has an \u201cEdge\u201d – if the \u201cPolitically Correct\u201d or rather \u201cSocial Justice Warriors\u201d scream about it they only draw attention to it – thus free advertising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So – while I don\u2019t want EVERY game to be pornographic I do argue that we need more sexuality, imagery, content of that nature – absolutely in any FPS \u2018retro clone\u2019 whatever pretending to be \u201cmature\u201d in any way. \u201cMature\u201d label it had better have some \u201cShake-it, baby!\u201d Duke Nukem level of titillation here and there or its FAKE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Really too bad, because I\u2019ve seen lots of looking good pixel like retro FPS clones being worked on — and yes they boast how cyber, edgy, mature. NOTONE nekkid chick, nudity, sex scene. And they have a \u2018mature\u2019 rating? IMO they need to be complained about on Steam for \u201cFalsely reporting content to gain sales\u201d – like advertising a new painting program that\u2019s just MS paint cloned but you have clips from Corel Painter to promote it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve asked – politely – if they\u2019d include something No, not a full sex \u201chot chocolate\u201d sub-game, but have the neon lady outline\/XXX for a \u201cCyberunk\u201d game – have some female alien flesh wall for a \u2018giger\u2019 tribute game\u2026. \u201cSorry, we are not going to do sexual politics\u201d – bawk bawk bawk – chickens. and proves how BLAND and pointless it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So – just want a FPS? LOTS out there – for a recent one I\u2019m ok with \u201cParacox vector\u201d even though sterile despite being Lovecraft inspired. Works great, don\u2019t need a pricey computer. And you can get Doom, Duke, etc. quickly and cheaply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But NEW FPS games – let\u2019s DEMAND some sexy if they DARE call themselves \u201cmature\u201d in ANY way\u2026!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s simple – you see the game in development – ask them stuff like:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Terminatrix – idea for character for space exploration game I tested early and helped with creative input and bug testing… dev chick chick CHICKENED out… And yes it was space\/cyberpunk. Neat character to add – she gives a HUGE boost in combat but demands high salary\/entertainment. I want more sex in this game – it’s Cyberpunk, right? There needs to be NeonXXX signs, outline of sexy women dancing in the background at least… Maybe some sexy characters you interact with …?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And if\/when they send you back “Uh…. We don’t want to be involved in sexual politics…”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well – I’m not saying boycott them – but they boast they are making a new, innovative “EDGY, MATURE, Ultra Extreme…” Cyberpunk\/Biopunk\/Sci-Fi whatever game… Like did they complete the “Unity Tutorials” before starting on it? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And if they are too Cuck Cuck CUCK chicken to “be involved in sexual politics” lest Anita Sarkesian scream at them… Well, do they deserve your money?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
